创业的灵感源于一次难忘的曼谷之旅，我们因缘际会爱上了当地的越南春卷——尤其是一款独特的青酱，让人一试难忘。
这款风靡的青酱，是由曼谷一位热情的越南春卷摊主所传授的配方，再由我们经过无数次调试、改良，才有今天呈现给大家的味道。至今每次回到曼谷，我们都一定会回到那个摊位，重温那份最初的感动与美味。

姐妹花的春卷主打新鲜、足料，搭配自家调配的酱料口味多样，但最受欢迎的，依然是这道传承与创新交融的经典青酱。
作为店主，我们深知每日三餐对每位打工仔的重要，吃得饱、吃得值，绝对能影响一天的心情。因此，我们以“良心定价，好味共享”为信念，希望把这份来自曼谷的美味传递给更多人。

Founded in 2021, JMH Vietnamese Spring Rolls is built on a simple belief: good food should be satisfying, affordable, and made with heart.
Our story began with a trip to Bangkok, where we fell in love with Vietnamese spring rolls — especially a unique green sauce that completely stole our hearts.
This signature green sauce, now our best-selling flavor, was generously taught to us by a kind-hearted vendor in Bangkok. Through countless adjustments and testing, we’ve refined the recipe into something we’re proud to share with all of you.
To this day, we make it a point to revisit that same vendor whenever we’re in Bangkok — it’s where our dream began.

At JMH, we’re all about freshness, generous portions, and bold, authentic flavors. While we offer a variety of house-made sauces, our original green sauce remains a crowd favorite — a perfect blend of tradition and personal touch.
